These rules apply to Jeep Safari, Village Tour, and any package booked with us. Refund amounts depend on when you cancel relative to the payment date.
1. Cancellation & deductions
When you cancel, fees apply by timing.
If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount depends on when you cancel:
- Within 24 hours of bookingA 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total paid amount.
- After 24 hours up to 30 daysA 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
- After 30 daysNo refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 30 days from the payment date. We accept no liability or claims for payments beyond this 30-day period.
2. Refund transfer conditions
Refunds go to local Sri Lankan accounts.
Refunds are processed under these banking conditions:
- Sri Lankan bank accounts onlyRefunds will only be transferred to valid local Sri Lankan bank accounts.
- No valid local accountIf you are unable to provide a valid Sri Lankan bank account to process the transfer, we hold no responsibility or obligation for the non-refunded money.
